Allston Sculpture Gallery

Situated between the rooftops of three existing industrial buildings in the Allston neighborhood of Boston, the Allston Sculpture Gallery is a proposal for a private sculpture collection gallery. The building form is generated from an irregular-angular grid connecting the structural connection points of the existing three buildings. The grid is expanded into a single continuous path element that then defines the structural elements of the new building and a fluid circulation loop through the gallery spaces inside. The facade apertures are also derived from the same geometry.
