Known, a forward-thinking marketing agency, sought a comprehensive refresh to their existing office space. The goal was to create an environment that authentically reflected their innovative brand and collaborative culture. The program consists of a new client-facing floor featuring a sophisticated bar-like reception and waiting area, perfect for client engagement. Bold and energetic colors were used, along with dark wood with brash and black accents, to create a warm yet memorable impression.

Beyond the reception, the main workspace seamlessly integrates diverse needs. Glass-fronted private offices and meeting rooms wrap around open-plan workstations, all connected to a central lounge area that encourages casual interaction. This lively hub, complete with a pool table and other curated amenities, flows directly onto a newly activated outdoor terrace — creating a flexible, modern workplace that inspires and connects.
